Persist Armory Return Policy

At Persist Armory, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Opened or used cleaning kits, lubricants, or maintenance items

    • Digital products or downloads

    • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [support@persistarmory.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us right away at [support@persistarmory.com] with photos and a description. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund—your call.
