Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Opened or used cleaning kits, lubricants, or maintenance items
Digital products or downloads
Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)

Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
